Dyson’s new Pure Hot+Cool Link is a new generation machine which intelligently purifies, heats and cools.

It is engineered for all conditions by combining multiple functions in one, with the addition of “smart” technology by way of reporting live indoor and outdoor air quality to an accompanying app.

The Dyson Pure Hot + Cool Link is also an air purifier, which can capture pollution, pollen, mould, bacteria and odours.

Dyson’s unit employs a unique 360° glass HEPA filter, which captures 99.95 per cent of potentially harmful particles as small as PM0.15.

Sensors inside the machine also detect changes in conditions, before automatically adjusting airflow to maintain the target air quality.

The Dyson Pure Hot+Cool Link purifier heater employs technology inspired by the “Coanda effect”, in which fast flowing air follows the direction of the surface it is flowing over.

Air is released from a jet and accelerated over an airfoil shaped ramp to produce a focused flow of air. And for whole-room use, a second jet of air joins the first to produce a wider airflow stream.

Each Dyson Pure Hot+Cool Link comes with a Dyson Link App, developed for iOS and Android.

This allows users to remotely monitor inside air quality (even if they are out of the house) and keep track of the air quality history in order to oversee peak pollution times, such as pollen seasons or when cleaning or cooking.

Each Dyson Pure Hot+Cool Link comes with a remote control, sleep timer and an oscillation function. It is available at major electrical retailers and www.dyson.com.au and retails for $749.00.
